West Side Place, Melbourne

West Side Place embodies a new height of luxury inner city living. Set to transform the former Age newspaper site at 250 Spencer Street, West Side Place will become Melbourne’s largest CBD residential development with over 2,600 apartments, and the tallest hotel in the southern hemisphere thanks to what will be Melbourne’s first Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The luxury apartments on offer are all significantly spacious with a welcoming design which will be enhanced by using Euro Cavity sliding doors and Euro Jambs with Shadowline finish throughout. The dynamic spatial opportunities offered by cavity sliding doors and their own design potential opens up new avenues for architects and designers. Cavity sliding doors can be larger, taller, wider and heavier than hinged doors and can effectively remove entire walls when deployed.
