Waterfall Apartments

The Waterfall was inspired by cascading water and tropical rain forests with sophisticated urban resort-style living. Natural features are centered on a tranquil internal lagoon, lush rooftop escape, tropical bamboo walk, and a breathtaking 22m high cascading waterfall.

Waterfall apartments have been carefully designed with understated elegance, reflecting the extraordinary building’s exterior elements. Living spaces extend space and maximize perspectives, with open plan layouts and floor to ceiling doors and windows summoning natural light, providing unbroken views across the landscape. Euro Cav Ultima Swiss cavity sliders were sought out for its unique ability to create clean zen-like spaces.

Altro cavity sliding doors use a Swiss patented zero clearance carriage system with quick release which was used throughout this project. Bene
